Dwight Mortgage Trust (“DMT”), the affiliate REIT of Dwight Capital, has provided $28.2 million in bridge financing for a newly renovated, 296-unit garden-style apartment complex in Tulsa, OK. The property features 18 two-story residential buildings offering a mix of one-and two-bedroom units. Each unit boasts modern upgrades, including granite countertops, custom cabinetry with soft-close doors, stainless-steel appliances, custom-tiled showers, and luxury vinyl wood plank flooring, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Stonebrook offers an array of community amenities designed to enhance comfort and convenience. These include a swimming pool with a poolside grill, a fitness center, a dog park, and a playground. The fully gated community offers fob-controlled access and ample parking with 470 available spaces. The property also features newly rebuilt stairwells, concrete walkways, and a re-leveled parking lot, further enhancing the community’s functionality.

The community offers a blend of modern living with the convenience of a central location. Positioned near major highways, it provides easy access to Downtown Tulsa and the surrounding areas. Residents enjoy close proximity to grocery stores, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Loan proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, complete remaining renovations, and fund required escrows. This transaction was originated by Brandon Baksh and Evan Fromen on behalf of the borrowers, Robby Fender, Kimberley Fender, and Bryan Campo.
