Dwight Mortgage Trust (“DMT”), the affiliate REIT of Dwight Capital, has provided a $35 million bridge loan to refinance Clara Bay Harbor, a newly developed 28-unit ultra-luxury apartment building located in Bay Harbor Islands, FL. The six-story property features spacious two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences with high-end finishes, including floor-to-ceiling windows, marble countertops, in-unit washer/dryers, walk-in closets, and private terraces. Community amenities include a fitness center, children’s playroom, resident lounge, and a rooftop pool offering bay views.

Ideally situated between Miami and Bal Harbour, Clara Bay Harbor offers walkable island living with convenient access to Collins Avenue, Biscayne Boulevard, and I-95. Residents enjoy close proximity to Bal Harbour Shops, Surfside Beach, gourmet dining, and newly built community parks.

Loan proceeds will be used to pay off existing construction financing, fund an interest reserve, and cover transaction costs. This financing was arranged by Adam Schwartz of Walker & Dunlop.
